In this hands-on, tethered workshop, you’ll learn to see posture as visual communication, understand what body language says about your subject, mastering small adjustments, delivering big results.

You’ll learn how to:

• Pose real people (not models!) for flattering, confident results every time.
• Direct with ease—helping clients look natural and relaxed on camera.
• Decode what different postures communicate (power, approachability, warmth).
• Arrange groups and families with connection and balance.
• Spot and fix the tiny details—hands, angles, collars, and posture—that elevate your work.
• Walk away seeing posing not as a checklist, but as an intentional art that shapes the story you tell with every frame.

About Misty

I've been a wife to my husband Michael for 32 years. We have two grown children, Rhylie and John Michael. College degrees in journalism and political science. No photography degrees, certifications, or awards. Instead, I have business certificates from Goldman Sachs and several business coaches. My education is business-centric.
