As two wedding photographers who just got married last year, Scarlett & Stephen learned a lot about what it's like to be on the other side of the camera and receiving customer service from their vendors as a bride and groom.

They will be sharing the Do's & Dont's of what they learned as a bride and groom from their vendors that have helped them improve their now, exemplary customer service to their clients, and to help you realize things you may or not be aware you are doing to improve your own customer service.

Scarlett & Stephen were two wedding photographers on the opposite side of the country who fell in love and got married. Now having merged their photography businesses, they love photographing weddings and children around the world as a husband and wife photography team.
