DPPA Partnership Advertising
DPPA continues to grow its reputation as one of the most successful professional photography guilds across the country. We have almost doubled our organization’s size over the past three years and experienced 16% average annual growth in 2009 and in 2010. We had just under 100 members and guests attend our January 1012 meeting! Our PPA Fellowship and Master photographers continue to gain international recognition and our current subscriber base including members is more than 700 professionals. These individuals regularly receive our monthly newsletter, visit our website, and attend monthly meetings to learn from other professionals and visit with our sponsors about industry products and solutions.
Last year, we introduced two new ways for our vendor sponsors to gain better visibility with our members and subscribers. First, we offer five DPPA Signature Sponsorship slots that are the prominent advertising blocks on our website which are visible during EVERY visit to EVERY page on the DPPA website. This level also includes sponsor logo placement in our newsletter which goes out monthly.
The second level sponsorship is our DPPA Supporting Sponsorship which is available to the first seven vendors that pay for their sponsorship package and provide the required graphics. You can see the examples of these advertising levels on the new DPPA website which went live in December of 2011.
The third level of sponsorship is the Sustaining Membership which is required to be listed in the vendor directory and host a vendor table at our monthly meeting. The Signature and Supporting Sponsorship levels also include this Sustaining Membership. The Sustaining Membership does not include the meeting or meal fee and there is not a cap on this membership level.
How to Apply
These slots are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact John Hudson at john@johnhudsonphotograpy.com or 972-691-3555 if you are interested in a securing a sponsorship. You will be added to a list of applicants in order contact date and time. This list will be presented to the board for approval for approval.
Season Pass
The Season Pass is also available as part of your sponsorship. This option includes fees for ten meetings for the prince of eight!

Important Dates and Details:
DPPA Signature Sponsorships renew annually on January 15th. Advertising for current DPPA Signature Sponsors that have not renewed by 2/15/2012 will be removed from the DPPA website and newsletters. DPPA Supporting Sponsorships and Sustaining Memberships are for a one-year term and can be secured anytime.
Signature and Supporting Sponsorships are approved by the DPPA Board. DPPA offers advertising to all photography-related vendors and reserves the right to refuse graphics or a sponsorship application. All advertising fees paid will be refunded in full if an application is not approved.

- One of the 5 box ads that appears on every page every time a visitor requests a page.
- Also included in the ad box in the center of the page at random intervals.
- Prominent placement in the sponsor section of our monthly newsletter.
- Limited to five Sponsors
- Includes one sustaining membership to DPPA which includes a listing in the vendor directory and access to a vendor table at meetings.
- Large Box Ad: 4x5 or 1x1 ratio, 250 on the height, 72ppi, Save as level 10 JPG
- Smaller Box Ad: 125×125 pixels at 72 dpi in .jpg, .gif, or .png file
- Does not include meeting or meal fees
- Granted annually with a renewal due date of January 15th.
DPPA Supporting Sponsor ($195/year – Seven Slots Available)
- Smaller ad appearing at random intervals on DPPA's front page
- Limited to Seven Sponsors
- Vendor to provide 125×125 pixels at 72 dpi in .jpg, .gif, or .png file
- Includes one sustaining membership to DPPA which includes a listing in the vendor directory and access to a vendor table at meetings.
- Does not include meeting or meal fees
- Granted for one year anytime during the year
